It is the responsibility of each member-
- To service their customers in a responsible and ethical manner.
- To ensure all dealings with their customers are fair and equitable.
- To practice fairness and honesty in all advertising.
- To recommend products that are suitable for the the customer’s stated requirements.
- To ensure that tiles, adhesives & associated products supplied by members comply with Australian Standards.
- To recommend that installation of tiles, adhesives & associated products supplied by members be in accordance with Australian Standards.
- To respond promptly and responsibly to all customer complaints for the benefit of the tile industry in Australia.
- To take, where possible, an active interest in the Australian Tile Council by attending and participating in meetings, and to act at all times to further the interests and policies of the Australian Tile Council.
